What does everyone say to Wednesday? 11:30 PM for we in Europe (well, 12:30 PM for me in Europe, 11:30 PM for everyone else in Europe); 6:30 PM for those Americans; 8:00 AM Thursday for the Australians? The numbers aren't very negotiable, I'm afraid: I wouldn't want to stay up much later and most Australians wouldn't want to get up much earlier. Failing that, the same times on Saturday for the Northern Hemisphere and Sunday for the Southern? (I know the Date Line runs north to south, but it still works.) EDIT: Just the weekend time. | | Saturday, May 21st, 2005 | | 12:25 am |
As promised, Saturday is off. | | Thursday, May 19th, 2005 | | 12:19 am |
I will almost certainly be unable to make it to the Saturday session. To the best of my knowledge, it'll just be bloodsin and the Australians at the Friday session; however, it's important that every one of those people shows up or sends a comment, e-mail, or phone call; or else there will be divine punishment and smiting. To recap: - Saturday session almost certainly called off; I'll give a final answer on the Friday session. - Friday session very important; do inform if you can't attend. ( code_epic; flidgetjerome; and laundreu excepted, as I already know they can't attend.) | | Monday, May 16th, 2005 | | 3:47 am |
Here are three sessions for next week. EST - Monday 6:30 PM BST - Monday 11:30 PM ACST - Tuesday 8 AM EST - Friday 8 AM BST - Friday 1 PM ACST - Friday 9:30 PM EST - Saturday 8 AM BST - Saturday 1 PM ACST - Saturday 9:30 PM Inform me if you can't attend, and if you'd rather not skip. | | Friday, May 13th, 2005 | | 8:45 pm |
Due to crazy lethargy on my part, crazy being-swamped-with-work on just about everyone's part, and those damn time zones, no session this weekend. If everyone could tell me the times - preferably every single one, even the ones which only work if the alternative is the end of Creation as we know it - that they can attend at the moment, I'll do my best to get an early session that suits everybody. | | Saturday, April 30th, 2005 | | 5:47 pm |
...having said that, what does everyone say to a week off? bloodsin can't make it, due to prior commitments he can't dodge; I have commitments I don't want to dodge, but can; and for code_epic and laundreu, EIGHT AM. If everyone really wants to have a session, fine, but I think it might work better for everyone if we call this one off. | | 12:59 am |
This Sunday is the early session. 1 PM British Summer Time; 2 PM Central European Summer Time; 8 AM Eastern Daylight Time; 9:30 PM Australian Central Standard Time. The Australians will be there or I'll know the reason why. Also, I guess I'll yell at them a lot. | | Wednesday, April 27th, 2005 | | 4:53 am |
Wednesday's session will be 8:45 PM GMT. That's translated into other timezones two posts down. | | Sunday, April 24th, 2005 | | 2:57 am |
I think I've told everyone this already. However, tomorrow's session will be the later one - Sunday 24th, 7 PM GMT: which breaks down to 8 PM British Summer Time; 9 PM Central European Summer Time; 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time. I think Leigh would like 6 PM GMT - that's also workable, if everyone agrees. | | Friday, April 15th, 2005 | | 7:42 am |
I'm off for the weekend, so this Sunday, there won't be a session. However, there's three times for the next one. Sunday 24th, 7 PM GMT: which breaks down to 8 PM British Summer Time; 9 PM Central European Summer Time; 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Wednesday 20th, 8:45 PM GMT: 9:45 PM British Summer Time; 10:45 PM Central European Summer Time; 4:45 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Sunday 24th, 12 AM GMT: 1 PM British Summer Time; 2 PM Central European Summer Time; 8 AM Eastern Daylight Time; and making this time worthwhile (and my personal favourite), 9:30 PM Australian Central Standard Time, which means that the Australians can turn up. Discuss which times you can attend, if you would. | | Tuesday, April 12th, 2005 | | 12:08 am |
Next session is Wednesday, 8:45 PM GMT. That's 9:45 PM British Summer Time; 4:45 PM Eastern Standard time; and 10:45 PM on whatever bizarre timezone I'm working. Is that good for everyone? | | Sunday, April 10th, 2005 | | 5:00 pm |
I really should have checked this earlier. I think I pointed out that I figured we were on for the same time this week - that is to say, er, four hours from now - but I should have checked with people, and posted two days ago to confirm. With that in mind, if anyone or everyone can't make it, it'll be easy enough to reschedule. I'll also be away next weekend, so we'll have to reschedule that one. I'd also like to increase the numbers of sessions per week, and get at least one four to six hours earlier; that way, our Australian players can actually, you know, play. Discuss! | | Sunday, April 3rd, 2005 | | 4:06 pm |
So, by my clock, we should start playing in five hours. So, here's some sort of final instructions thing. ( I Just Woke Up. It's Four PM. Don't Judge Me. )So, that's all?Again and forever, AIM or e-mail questions will be answered. | | Saturday, April 2nd, 2005 | | 8:46 pm |
Brief message, time change related; we're shifting to 8 PM Greenwich, rather than 12. That is all. | | 5:25 am |
Very brief. I'm still thinking of starting this Sunday - 11 PM Grenwich Standard Time good for everyone, or should I adjust? - but as yet, I've got very few profiles. We've got two options; start next weekend instead of this one, or if anyone who hasn't submitted a profile could submit a very brief mini-profile of around 250 words, we could work with that. Also, the weekend of the 18th and 19th, I might be away. If so, do we want to reschedule, or skip that session? My vote's for rescheduling, as it'd be really early in the game. | | Tuesday, March 15th, 2005 | | 12:39 am |

You know what's important in a character-driven RPG? Having characters. Yeah, it's pretty major, I think. This post is about Slaughter Strip character generation and guidelines. ( Oh Man, That's Just What I've Always Wanted ) |
